Many Ohioans will rely on the state’s Ohio marijuana blogs for information regarding the plant. of the most frustrating aspects of government is that things are put in front of voters before they’re fully realized. Voters get to vote on all sorts of laws and things of that nature, but often the things they’re voting on are preliminary and aren’t fully formed. In other words, the wording of the law leaves all sorts of things up for interpretation and makes it possible for a variety of implementation paths to be taken. This has certainly been the case with many of the marijuana legalization laws that have gone into effect. Voters all across the United States, from Colorado to now Ohio, have voted to legalize marijuana consumption in one way or another, but often the laws have not been as detailed as they should be. This has led to a cash economy in most of these states, where it’s impossible to know exactly how much money dispensaries are making because all of their transactions are in cash. Also, in many of the states that have legalized marijuana it’s not been perfectly clear what’s going to happen with all of the tax profits. In Colorado, for example, many votes feel as though they were tricked because the money from marijuana sales is only going to certain parts of education and not others.

It’s these kinds of things that get frustrating, as voters can only vote on the things that are put in front of them and don’t have the ability to alter the laws.
